2025–2026 NJC 16U Showcase Program Overview & Tuition
At Challenge U. Softball, we are committed to providing a premier experience for serious softball athletes, particularly at the 16U NCAA Showcase level. Our program is built not only to develop elite softball skills, but also to prepare athletes mentally, physically, and strategically for the next level of competition.

What sets NJC apart is the comprehensive, all-inclusive nature of our training environment. Our tuition reflects a full-year investment in your athlete’s growth and includes:

competitive with other top-tier programs in the tri-state area.

Tuition & Payment Structure:
The full tuition for the 2025–2026 NJC 16U season is $3,995.00. This amount includes everything listed above. To secure a roster spot, a non-refundable deposit of $795.00 is due by Monday, July 14, 2025, upon signing the player and parent contract.

The remaining balance is split into two installments:

Tuition Policy:
Tuition payments are non-refundable. By committing to a roster spot, families secure an athlete’s place on the team, and we immediately allocate funds to cover essential costs such as uniforms, gear, tournament entries, field and facility rentals, and staff scheduling.
​
If a player or parent chooses to leave the team after committing, the full tuition remains due, regardless of participation. This policy ensures we can continue offering the high standard of training, support, and resources that define our program.

At Challenge U. Softball, our goal is to not only develop high-performing athletes, but to build a supportive, transparent, and championship-level environment for every family involved. We look forward to an exciting season of growth, development, and next-level opportunities for our athletes.

At NJ Challenge, your yearly tuition covers all the essential elements needed to support a serious athlete at the next level. This includes NCAA Showcase tournament registration fees, winter conditioning, apparel packages, professional coaching, indoor and outdoor facility rentals, and more. Each carefully selected to provide a high-level, year-round training experience.
​
That said, it's important to be transparent about additional out-of-pocket expenses. While your tuition covers a substantial portion of the experience, families are responsible for travel, lodging, meals, and other personal expenses associated with tournament weekends.
​
Because we're attending many NCAA Showcase events, these weekends offer unmatched opportunities for exposure, recruiting, and next-level player development but they also involve travel. To help with those costs, we strongly encourage team and individual fundraising efforts throughout the year. In some cases, our NJC coaching staff may also organize optional fundraisers to help cover gear upgrades, extra training, or travel needs.
