NJ CHALLENGE is committed to bringing each player to their highest potential, physically and mentally. We envision our program becoming a nationally top ranked softball team while focusing on player development and self confidence.
The mindset we instill in each NJ Challenge athlete includes self-certainty, grit, confidence, and self respect. Such mental toughness training will carry on with each athlete as they become leaders on and off the field.

NJ CHALLENGE is dedicated to enhancing the skills of our athletes by providing them with the tools to unlock their greater potential. We are committed to teaching vital skills that each player can use in the game of softball and in the game of life.
Our mission is to provide an experience that contributes to each athlete's highest level of social and athletic growth. NJ CHALLENGE maintains an environment of professionalism, accountability, goal setting, and goal conquering while each athlete continues to raise their bar.

NJ CHALLENGE fosters an environment of professional collaboration, community involvement, accountability, integrity and respect. We believe in a balance of character and competence to achieve extraordinary results. Core values include showing respect for ourselves, our peers, and our game.

Our NJ CHALLENGE organization is an elite program which brings a level of NCAA College softball values, policies, and guidance. We are strong believers that an athlete is never too young to learn such values, principles, and ethics.

Our NJ CHALLENGE program will not consist of parent ball, politics, or anything less than the best softball exprience.
NJ CHALLENGE was born from the home of the Challenge U. Softball® training facility located in Wyckoff NJ which is also the founding home of the National C.U.D.I.T.® Concentric Hitting Coach Certification. Since 2011 we have been dedicated to developing athletes through mental toughness and physical performance training.
Our athletes must be committed to raising their own bar through their journey in the game and their journey in their life. As challenges arise, our athletes are taught to embrace them and conquer them by having a growth mindset. Our athletes are taught to conquer their goals then raise a new bar for themselves as young women as we are forever developing and never plateauing on and off the field.
We expect an aggressive desire for victory in our athlete's personal goals and fast-pitch goals. Yet, our athletes are continally reminded that fast-pitch softball is a game and more importantly it is a forum we use to help our athletes mature into responsible, driven, hungry, focused, gritty, dedicated, strong, and confident adults; most importantly, good people.
